  • Key Account Manager – Build working relationships with retailers and chain corporate buyers.
    Evaluate new opportunities, approach decision-makers, and present our products with efficient and powerful sales stories.
    Provide total account management; sell-in corporate programs and brand promotions. Utilize data to track and analyze both Co-Ho Imports and competitive performance in key accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and guide personal activities and efforts. Submit new items to chain corporate buyers. Create annual sales plans, track volume, and manage approved items. Coordinate account strategy with channel leads to follow national strategy for each class of trade: grocery markets, small format, other e-commerce platform, on-premise, etc. Keep our chain contacts up to date with market trends, Co-Ho Imports news, and anything else that would be valuable to share. Understand and utilize retail databases to sell with facts. Monitoring customer, market, and competitive activity and providing feedback to the team. Create and maintain a profile for each core chain within the footprint. Report monthly business status to the CEO including issues, opportunities, and progress vs. plans.
