BANZAEMON DAIGINJO

A premium Junmai daiginjo sake from Konishi brewery. Notes of flat peach, ripe mango and walnut skin minglen the nose. This is a medium bodied sake with a smooth mouthfeel. The richness of the ripe fruit is balanced by a refreshing acidity. Serve chilled and enjoy as an aperitif.
