HARUSHIKA TOKIMEKI (SPARKLING)

Low alcohol sparkling sake.
Lightly pasteurized active sake. Fruity and sweet flavors are nicely balanced with expansive acidity.  Carbonic acid makes this sake very refreshing.
Serve chilled or on the rocks.

Pair with:  Pizza, Stir-fly scallops with ginger sauce, Deep-fried sealfod, Chicken kereage, Curry end nan breed, Shrimp, crab or potato au gratln, roast duck with blueberry sauce, Thal cuisine, etc.
