A perfect representation of its namesake in Attack on Titan, Captain Levi, this sake uses the king of sake rice, “Yamada Nishiki.” Befitting the name of "mankind's strongest" this sake has a rich and complex flavor. Aromas of melon, citrus, and anise meet the fresh astringency of green tea on the nose.
