KURO YOKAICHI IMO

Kuro Yokaichi is a sweet potato-based, single distillation shochu.  This process allows for great complexity and more influences from the source material.  This is an engaging shochu with many nuances of aroma and flavor which conjure up memories and blends of flavors with the newspaper and a warm plate of English bacon and home fries with creme fraiche and chives.
