KUROSAWA DRAFT SAKE

A 'draft' version of the classic Kurosawa Junmai Kimoto.  Produced once a year for the Summer season, this sake is left unpasteurized to retain acidity - providing a vibrant and refreshing sweetness.  Always served chilled, either as an aperitif or paired with light vegetables and seafood.
