Tasting Notes: Combining the pristine water of Akagi Mountain and the esteemed techniques of Iwate Nanbu Toji (aka. “a northern sake brewing guild"), this sake is a hand-crafted masterpiece. Aromatic, with notes of ripe fruits and flowers, this medium bodied Daiginjo pairs well with vegetable crudité, shrimp shumai and/or gyoza.
