Made with 100% domestically-grown sake brewers rice (Yamada Nishiki), this Junmai Ginjo is light bodied, crisp and refreshing. Our first foray into blending gives this sake a delicate texture with bright green fruit flavors. Named for the Ashokan Reservoir, a vital source of New York City’s renowned water supply, this sake pays homage to the purity and balance of the systems that sustain life in the city and beyond.
