Tasting Notes: This low-alcohol beer from Japan is characterized by a sweet, apricot- and mango-like aroma, produced using cherry yeast cultivated from the cherry blossoms of Kenrokuen Garden in Ishikawa Prefecture - one of Japan’s three most scenic spots.

Nose: A sweet, fruity aroma reminiscent of apricot and peach, derived from original yeast and Mosaic hops.
