Mild clear aroma of nectar.  Refreshing, tangy, and slightly juicy. The taste is clear, yet rich and very dry with a full flavor of rice. Refreshing dry sake, with a moderate bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste. An appealing freshness that retains the carbon dioxide gas from the fermentation process, which is a characteristic of Kinoene's nama sake. Serve chilled.
