For Koshi no Homare's first kijo sake, "Kiki," we added "Koshi no Homare 90 PINK" raw sake to part of the junmai brewing water, resulting in a fruity flavor. This is a special bottle with a rich melon-like aroma, a rich sweetness, and a subtle acidity.
