SEOSUL CHUNGJU (서설청주)

The name Seosul evokes the first pristine snowfall — pure, hushed, and fleeting. It is a
chungju of remarkable clarity, crafted from local rice sourced from Yong-In in Gyeonggi
province. Chungju is produced by settling fine sediment after rice fermentation, then
drawing out only the clear liquid with painstaking care. It signifies transparent purity and
the labor of love that defines traditional Korean brewing.
Seosul chungju is as clean and pure as white snow. Brewed at low temperature and
carefully aged, it presents a delicate clarity with a gentle sweetness of rice. The aroma
carries soft floral notes — subtle and refined — while the palate reveals a smooth, serene
texture that lingers and finishes with quiet, pristine elegance.
