Description
This yuzu beer was developed in partnership with the Okura Hotel's head chef in Macau. The bright yellow skins of Wakayama prefecture's local yuzu taken from Ryujin village and Kozagawa village are used liberally to lend this beer it's unique fresh, fragrant yuzu character that sits in perfect harmony with the pilsner malt and citra hops.
Nose: Fresh and fruity yuzu and hops aromas comingle in a unique citrus medley.
Flavor: Soft yet refreshing with an elegant balanced flavor.
Food Pairings: Washoku (japanese cuisine), seafood dishes.
